The 40mm ammo can has a high capacity to pack a lot of stuff for carrying less weight. Slightly shorter and slightly narrower than our 20mm ammo can. A great waterproof "tool box" or use it to store ammo. Very Good condition ammo can that has no holes and no problems that may prevent the original functionality of the can. May have surface scratches from handling. 100% U.S. Military Issue. Made in USA.

*Every 40mm ammo can is in good to very good condition. No holes. Rubber seals on inside lid are in excellent condition so the can completely seals. The can is empty. The outside of the can may show some signs of wear like fading or may have stencil on the outside. Some cans may have surface scratches or chipped paint on the outside of them. Every can is inspected before shipping to meet this listing criteria. What the writing says will vary from can to can. Some cans may be painted over by the military.

Good Quality, Good Price

These cans are in decent shape, the two I purchased had been demilitarized, aka spray paint was put over by the military to remove their stencils on the cans. There was a minor amount of rust in high contact spots like the clasps on the hinges, a few scuffs here and there, no dents or anything of that nature that I could find. Nothing there that you wouldn't expect on cans that had seen just some mileage, still plenty of life left. Overall I would call these very high grade 2 cans, and if I needed more I would certainly buy more from here.

I bought three of these and they are in really nice condition. Gasket seals are good. Interior and exterior are quite nice. Just a quick wipedown to remove some minor dust and I'm ready to go!
