Original Military Issue Boonie Bush Hat 50/50 Nylon Cotton Made in USA

I really like Boonie hats. Having a bare pate, I need some help covering it. I ordered a 71/4 and it was a little tight. So, I ordered a 71/2 and it was a little large. After washing it and throwing in the dryer for a few minutes, it was perfect. I recommend these American made Boonie hats from Sgt. Troys!

Very nice 50/50 nylon cotton boonie hats. One desert khaki amd one olive drab. I seen many a boonie hat and these are high quality. Tight weave quality fabric with impeccable stitching.yeah I like!

Excellent quality. Fast shipping. I wear a size 7 5/8 ball cap so I went with the XL boonie. It is very large. I will be interested to see if it shrinks at all after I wash it. If not I could have gone down a size. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

So the product it’s self was amazing fit was great . My review is just to help anyone trying to figure out sizing and what sizing might be right for them. So just a comparison for anyone that wears a fitted new era baseball cap the sizing is very similar. For instance I wear 7 1/8 I bought a 7” . I would have gone up to a 7 1/4 for the Boonie hat. I ordered the ACU, and was happy to see that the colors were faithful to that of my backpack, BDUs, and M65 field coat. Some built overseas are not that color-accurate; while some may dismiss this as a simple case of aesthetics, i pay good money, and i expect my moneys worth. Construction is good, no loose threads, no skipped seams, the brim width was just perfect for me. The shape sat well on my head (i asked for a 7-3/4 and it was perfect for me), fabric was not uncomfortably stiff nor too soft for use in the outdoors. Worth it, and more. TOTALLY.
